of the same style. For orders to be considered wholesale there needs to be a minimum of 20 items of the same style in one order.

How do I place a wholesale order on GENTLEHERD.COM?

First Step:

Go the wholesale page and fill-in the wholesale form with your contact
information. Please be as specific as possible in regards to your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will
send you an email with a specific wholesale plan.

Second Step:

*Case by case, you can place a wholesale order directly on our website by simply
selecting the item you wish to order on the product page. The item needs to be the same style, but can vary in
size and color. Upon receiving payment information, we will process your order with your submitted wholesale
form, send you your receipt and tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you offer sample garments?

We are unable to send out sample garments at this time. Prior to wholesale
ordering, you may purchase one garment to see the style, and then return to purchase a bulk order.

Can I bulk order presale items?

Possibly! Simply contact us with the specific color and size of the presale item that
you would like to wholesale order and we will check our inventory in real-time. If the item is available, we can
proceed with the order and send out an approximate delivery date.

Can I return all or part of my wholesale order?

We cannot accept returns of wholesale orders at this time, unless in the case of

How long is delivery on wholesale orders?

Depending on the country, we offer complimentary worldwide ground shipping. Please
check our Shipping Policy to see if your country qualifies. Usually, it takes 3 business days for us
to prepare your package, and then 7 – 14 business days for shipping. There is the option of Priority 2
– 3 Day Shipping for an additional fee.

*COVID-19 update: Due to COVID-19, you may experience shipping delays for
international orders. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Thank you very much for your patience and
understanding.
